CEO Damon DuBois has over 8 years of experience in the entertainment industry. In 2011, DuBois founded a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization called ISMA. ISMA promoted the performing arts while simultaneously raising funds for other charities. Three of the main projects implemented throughout the duration of the organization include: The ISMA Circuit, The ISMA Diaper Bank, and the Pinconning Bandshell Project. The ISMA Circuit was a yearly competition for the title of “Michigan’s Best Unsigned Band.”

During The ISMA Circuit, DuBois worked with hundreds of bands throughout the State of Michigan, including the now famous Greta Van Fleet. After 8 years of philanthropic endeavors, DuBois decided to dissolve the organization due to a career change: Executive Director of the Clare Area Chamber of Commerce.

While serving as the Executive Director, DuBois elevated the Chamber to a new level of excellency, successfully organizing and improving a variety of fundraisers, expanding his expertise in other areas of entertainment, which he continues to do today.

In 2019, seeing the need for both large and small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals to find quality entertainment for their special occasions at a reasonable rate, DuBois founded Major Day Entertainment.

Major Day Entertainment focuses on satisfying their clients, and also offers additional services to musicians, such as event marketing and promotion, professional photography, facebook development, and more.
